Social Media Manager

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms
  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms following the latest content creation trends
  • Develop, launch and manage promotional competitions and campaigns
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts, comments, direct messages and developing discussions
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with influencers via social media channels to create a strong network

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of social media experience
  • Fluent English with excellent writing, research and editing skills
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Interested in Ethnic and cultural communities and products
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • PR experience is preferable
  • Familiar and is able to work with content creation tools

Job Description

  • Introducing and explaining Jozee Boutique concept and the story behind each brand/product
  • Responsible for the shop and sales (stock management and sales)
  • Reports and analysis: weekly & monthly sales performance and take outs and way forward
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the inventory assigned under different categories
  • Handle the daily sales – operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinating stocks, displays and recommendations based on customers’ feedback and other retail activities.
  • Back office tasks with inventory and stock management team

Job Requirements

  • Working hours are shift based and 2 days off weekly. Weekend availability is a must (Fridays and Saturdays)
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After effects are a plus
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Social media experience is a plus – experience with social media tools, content creation tools
  • Can navigate WordPress and understand Facebook and Instagram for business. If applicable, please mention previous and current managed accounts.
  • Passionate about handmade & ethical products – knowledge in this field is preferable
  • Art background is preferable
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • Presentable and customer oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility & accountability is a must
  • Living nearby neighborhoods is preferable
